           By using this site you have unconditionally accepted the terms
          and conditions of use as given below and any where in the site.

1. The credit card transactions are handled by our reseller, please visit them for any credit card inquires at www.ccnow.com.
   

2. Any disputes regarding this GIFTS service will be tried only in the courts of  Andhra Pradesh  locally.
    

3. 143india.com always tries to deliver the exact product ordered by the customer. If a product is unavailable, a similar product, nearest to the description of that ordered, will be delivered. If a product is unavailable readily, the customer will be informed about this through e-mail. If there is no response from the customer, we go ahead and deliver a product that comes closest to that ordered.
   

4. We will take every pain to deliver the gifts to the address specified by you, however if the address is found to be wrong and/or not valid we will try to inform the same. no refunds will be entertained..
   

5. 143india.com cannot be responsible for a miss-delivery if the receiver of the gift at the address on the order form misguides, damages or fails to hand over the gift to the person named on the order form or impersonates and takes delivery posing himself to be the correct person, 143india.com shall take due caution at the delivery to deliver the gift to the correct person at the address on the order form but disclaim any responsibility for claims damage and/or compensation.
   

6. For prompt delivery we request our customers to specify a land mark like temple, theater, college, hospital, park, school etc in the address and also give the phone number of the receiver. Land line number is preferred..
   

7. In the interest of the customers we advice to place the orders at least 3 days before the date of delivery for prompt delivery. We accept late orders only in case of emergency and try our level best to deliver in time.
   

8. All content on this website including the logo, graphics, text, design is the property of 143india.com and protected by copyright. No part of the content shall be copied, downloaded, uploaded, published, transmitted without prior, written permission from 143india.com.
   

9. Changes if any in the orders for

   1. Products
      (changes must preferably be in the same gift category with same price).

   2. Address

   3. recipient

   4. message

   must be notified in the same working day or within in 8 hours after submitting the order. We shall try our level best to incorporate the changes but are not responsible if the requested change is not incorporated.
   

10. Though we sell some brand named products in this site we do not claim to have any dealer, distribution or special relationship with the owners of the brands. Items are displayed and sold by us as our own commercial venture. Our policy is to purchase the product from a authorized store and fill in any orders received for brand named goods.
    

11. 143India shall try to a maximum extend to deliver the products as per the details in the order form by the user. But due to the diversity of the country it is not possible at times to match the product at every destination city and there are possibilities of a variation in general appearance. So 143india reserves a right to deliver a similar/alternate product for reasons beyond its control and such action shall not be deemed as bad delivery. No disputes shall be brought up on such an issue.
    

12. 143india shall try to meet the date and time of delivery schedule as given by the user in the order form. But any delayed/early delivery for whatever reason shall not entitle the user for any damages or compensation from 143india .
    

13. Gift orders once placed cannot be cancelled. Please take care while Submitting the order form. Remember to click once and allow the system to accept the order. If any duplicate order is generated on your part we shall arrange to refund the amount only after deducting any card company/ bank charges which the transaction would have caused due to the automated system.
    

14. Refund claims will be accepted only in event of not delivery due to error on our part. We shall not be liable for any other charges, loss of profits, emotional stress or any other liability etc caused due to the non- delivery and non - availability.
    

15. If the user has any questions, doubts or confusion in regard of any of the terms and conditions he/she should seek clarification from us through e-mail and we will get back to you promptly.
    

16. Accepting or declining any order is at sole discretion of 143India and no disputes will be entertained on this at any cost.
